Hello. I have few apple ID’s with the same phone number which I dont use anymore, and when I try to log in or update some apps it ask for double two factor authentication, what can I do?

Hello, I cannot update sometimes my apsa or to log in in to my other apple ID’s because I don’t use this phone number anymore, and I tried to put another phone number but it still asks for two factors authentication..
