I would avoid any etresoft products. They have never proved reliable or insightful, and the application's request for Full Disc Access should be a red flag for any user interested in preserving their privacy and security.
Your safest bet always is to back up your Mac with iCloud and use macOS Recovery to reinstall your Mac operating system: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204904

Cleaner One Pro was the problem the computer has been running for 6hrs now with out a crash
