I have recently upgraded to the ios 15.1 update and since then i am not receiving whatsapp message notifications. I have done absolutely everything that i have been told to do but still nothing has worked.

Thanks for getting back to us. If the issue is occurring only with WhatsApp specifically, and notifications for other apps work, that can indicate this is an issue with the app itself that the app developer may need to resolve.
Try the 4 steps listed in the following support article next and if there's still no change, you'll want to reach back out to WhatsApp:

I have tried all of that, and i am that close to changing to android now!! After reading a lot of forums there seems to be a lot of people with the same issue since uploading. I have spoken with whatsapp and they have told me it’s an apple software error somewhere, obviously since the update
