Back up failed on iPhone XS. I have storage on iCloud but still fails?

Those steps do not give any sorts of helpful information for this issue! If they’re having the same problem I currently am, which is what it seems like, then they’re saying that it will start to backup but then it says that the backup could. not. be. COMPLETED. That article only talks about if it just won’t backup entirely from the very beginning!
