Hello dupecoop,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities!

If we understand your post correctly, Voice Control is putting names in all caps. We'd like to help!

The article that you came from, Use Voice Control on your Mac, is a great resource for help with Voice Control but let's check some settings in System Preferences.

Go to the Apple at the top left of your Mac screen.

Click on System Preferences.

Click on Keyboard

Click on the tab named Text.

Check to ensure that Capitalize words automatically is not checked. If checked, uncheck it and test Voice Control.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

Take care!
