Visual voice mail on Verizon

Who can you talk to at Verizon to get visual voicemail turned on? I am on a prepaid plan and a iPhone 12 mini. My cellular data is on, I have reset the phone 6 plus times, removed the SIM card all at the advice of Verizon “tech” support. The underside of my male pig has been more productive than the people I have talked to so far. After I turned on the timer I am now at 3 hours and that’s just today. Yesterday was an hour. Their solution is try a third party visual voice mail app 🤬

iPhone 12 mini, iOS 15

Not an Apple issue. Maybe the issue is with you using a prepaid plan instead of a regular plan, but Verizon rep should be able to answer that.
