I have added multiple and valid payment methods for my apple id. Recently, today evening, the card was charged for an icloud upgradation but for any other app or purchases, right after 3 or 4 hrs, the same card is being rejected. Need to resolve this issu

The apple support does not resolve the said issue. The question is, WHY is the payment method being declined? The card is OK, service provider/bank is declaring it ok for international payments.....WHY NOT APPLE IS ACCEPTING IT??? If a card can be charged for an icloud upgrade, WHY NOT FOR ANY OTHER APP OR PURCHASES????
Only Apple could answer that question. I'm a user like you and cannot answer that. This is a user to user support forum and Apple does not participate here. If you spoke to Apple, then they should have answered your question.
