Did you get a cellular plan for your watch with AT&T?

The cellular feature of the watch requires a monthly plan (with an additional fee) in addition to your iPhone. Your iPhone and Apple Watch must use the same carrier,* and you must be within your carrier's network when you set up cellular on your watch.
