Apple TV 4K blinking constantly

Apple TV 4 K second generation blinking constantly. Nothing works

Unplugging for (much longer than) 30 seconds made no change. When replugged in, light flashes rapidly again.

Restoring from TV screen is impossible since nothing shows up on the TV screen.

Connecting to iTunes does not work, since the apple TV does not show up under "devices." iTunes does not recognize it.

Holding down simultaneously tv icon and Siri key doesn’t do anything. Please help. 🙏🙏🙏

If you see a warning symbol on Apple TV - Apple Support

If you have an Apple TV 4K
If you see […] a black screen on your TV and flashing indicator light on the front of your Apple TV,
contact Apple Support

If the status light is flashing continuously, then the system software may need to be restored tethered. For the 4K models, users can’t do this themselves. Instead contact Apple for assistance. You may be asked to bring it in or send it.
