Thunderbold 3 extension - male to female

I bought the star tech thunderbolt 3 mini docking station and the thunderbolt 3 cable that comes out of it is very short I wanted to find an extension to this cable to plug into my MacBook pro 2021 model. Any suggestions?

All the cables I see in amazon are USB C male to female extensions and those cables will work to charge the MacBook but not for the display.

Suggestion: Find a ThunderBolt Dock that does not have a Captive cable, or ForgetAboutIt.

Genuine ThunderBolt-3 works at very fast speeds, close to the physical limits of the switching times for digital logic.

Because of this, the lengths of cables are severely limited. Extension cables, if offered, could not possibly provide reliable high speed data transfers at ThunderBolt-3 speeds. So selling an extension cable would be selling a device guaranteed NOT to do reliable data transfers.

The typical passive ThunderBolt-3 cable is distance-limited to 0.5 meter (about 18 inches).

ACTIVE Thunderbolt cables have additional drivers, and can be longer, but are quite a bit more expensive. The 2-meter Apple ThunderBolt-3 cable costs US$129.
