Focus: allow every notifications except specific apps/people

The Focus functionality is great, but I believe there is an important (and straightforward) feature missing: allow the creation of a custom focus mode that allows all the default notifications except those from a list of selected apps/people.

In other words, Apple should allow to choose between two modalities:

  1. Allow notifications only from the following apps/people (current modality).
  2. Allow notifications from everyone except the following apps/features (currently missing).

Currently, the only way to obtain the result from point number 2 would be to manually add all the apps/people for which we want to keep receiving notifications during the Focus mode, which in my opinion is not a very smart way to do it.

Thanks!
