How do I remove an app on my iPad but keep it on other devices?

You just remove it from the device you don’t want it on.
Deleting apps from one device does not affect other devices.
If the app has an associated subscription, you may be asked if you wish to cancel it, if you want to keep the subscription for use on the other devices, simply decline the cancelation of the subscription.
