Apple ID

I recently purchased an iPhone 13 and transferred my info from my iPhone 11. There are several apps that will not open and when I try to open them they want me to put a password in for an old Apple ID user name. I do not have that password but the system is telling me in 9 days I can reset the password. I have 2 questions 1. is it possible to have 2 Apple ID's? and seconly if not how do I get all my apps under 1 Apple ID?

It is possible to have two Apple IDs. You can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.
