app store cannot download
I cannot download anything. It says something with my billing and address and everytime i add my card it declines it but my card works perfectly fine anywhere else

Hello ~ Go ahead and contact support as this is usually Apple’s way of letting you know that there may be an issue with your account. You can do so from links below or going to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support:
