Why do I not see my purchased films in my library when using Apple TV on my TV, whereas I do have movies in my library when starting the Apple TV app on my IPhone 12

Movies purchased from the iTunes Store would be available on any of your devices with the Apple TV app, when signed in with the Apple ID account that was used for the purchases.
On what model TV do you have the Apple TV app?
Did you sign in to the Apple TV app with your Apple ID account, through the in-app Settings (sprockets wheel icon)?
