Could I restore password without deleting data

My old iPhone 5s is disabled because I forgot my password. I want to unlock or restore it but I don’t want to delete my files. I didn’t back them up to my iCloud. Would I be able to unlock it without deleting my data?

iPhone 5c, iOS 10

Regrettably, no. If you forgot your passcode you will need to reset the device and will lose all data.
