Repeated kernel panic and restarts

My MacbookPro2019 keeps having kernel panics always related to the Sleep/Wake functionality. Sometimes is the Watchdog timeout, some other times this one below. Plus the Touchbar works intermittently, it backs out all of a sudden. Might it be that the two things are connected?

Kernel Panics are predominately caused by hardware faults or faulty third-party kernel extensions.

For your Touch bar—

Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295

Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379
