Forgot passcode, how do I reset it? I have to want one hour to try again.

You will need a full Mac or Windows computer to fully reset this iPad.

I you have NO previous data backups of this iPad, a full reset will completely erase this iPad and all data stored will be gone forever.

It is always best to write down any login IDs, password and passcode information and store it in an easy for you to remember and

accesss location, but NOT for someone else to easily locate.

If NO access to a Mac or Windows computer, you will have to seek help from a good friend or family member, with a full Mac or Windows PC, to help you out


OR


Search online to locate and call contact your nearest, “local” Apple Store location to try/attempt to make an appointment to get your Apple iPad upgraded/updated to its latest iPadOS 15 version.

Apple Store employees will be glad to help/assist you.
