How do I fix this with my iMovie app?


"iMovie cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID"

Sometimes that error message can be caused by a payment method issue, as one poster on this forum found. Maybe you used a different credit card initially when your account was set up. Contact Customer service and see what’s up.


Or possibly you changed your Apple I.D?
