It's 61W charger and compared to 20W charging brick it's just big difference. Can I use it to charge iPhone? Does it affect overall battery lifespan? Or should I buy the 20W brick?

You can use the 61W (and larger) power adapater. The iPhone will not draw more power than it is designed for.
