iPad and iPhone synchronization issue

I’m having difficulty setting up my iPad. I’m logged into the same Apple ID on both my iPhone and now iPad, but I don’t want apps that I downloaded on the iPad to also appear on my iPhone. I also don’t want the safari to be shared on both my devices, that includes research history. But I still want both devices to be logged on the same Apple ID, I don’t want to create a new one for another device. How do I desynchronize my devices only not to share safari and App Store while still having them logged onto the same Apple ID?

thanks!

iPad Pro, iPadOS 15

You can stop Safari syncing by going to Settings/Your Name, then iCloud, and then turn off Safari syncing.

You can't stop App Store syncing, but you can go to Settings/iTunes & App Store and turn off Automatic Downloads
