Mac not booting

I have an iMac late 2012, upgrade the hdd to sdd, and upgrade the main memory to 32 Gb

It was functioning well, but after almost 9 years now it has stopped to start, it yields in the apple logo and the progress bar freeze at 60% aprox

I tried to start from recovery mode, run diagnosis test, and nothing. Even tried boot from bootable USB with Catalina, it behaves exactly the same.
