How do I cancel a subscriptions if it isn't an options under my settings

I'm trying to cancel a subscription that states it's to renew January. I received an email and under my subscriptions it's showing active (Plenty of Fish). I don't have the option to cancel and the website itself says I must do it through my settings

Click on this link ➔ Refunds, Subscriptions & Billing Questions and then proceed to either chat or talk with Apple Support. Discuss your subscription issue and have it resolved.
