I believe my Apple ID has been compromised

I believe my Apple ID has been compromised for quite some time but have been unable to convince Apple Sr Techs. I was just informed that nothing is wrong and these things can “just happen.”

Mind you, these screenshots are from 2 different iPhones, different phone #’s, different Apple ID’s, same carrier but my last name is different (recently married) and my name isn’t on either account. So basically these phones are displaying exact same functionality issues and the only connection being that I own them. Feel free to ask away because I am so frustrated!

Your images were removed because they contained personally identifying information or something that was otherwise considered private. As such I only have your original descriptio on which to base replies. Also realize that the people on this forum are users like you. We can advise you on the basics but anything more will require you to speak with Apple about this.

It isn't phones are devices that are compromised, it is Apple accounts. That's why the documentation focuses on accounts being compromised.

Good luck!
