"Installer cannot download Adobe PC because Adobe's servers aren't reachable." Using MacOS10.14.6, firewall is not on. Solutions?

If you are attempting to update non-subscription, older Adobe CS? applications, they are no longer supported by Adobe and their update servers are gone now. I don't believe Adobe offers a subscription now for Photoshop 2021 v22.x that supports Mojave 10.14.6, but you can ask them.
