How can I sync my apple ipad with an Asus laptop?

I am running windows 10 on laptop and I have my photos and email comes thru but It says my apple ID is wrong, two factor needed and I keep trying everything and it doesn't work. My verizon package and prime video deal should go to it but it won't! It says no sim but I just put in a new verizon card and it still reads that it is not available or able on Ipad.
