Placed Order for iphone,amount got deducted from my bank account but no order generated nor any confirmation

On 23rd Dec ,I placed order for iphone and opted for netbanking. Payment amount got deducted from my bank account but no order generated and no email confirmation as well.

When will I get refund and confirmation on the same.

Its really frustrating as theres no record and trace at Apple site or Customer support.we have to rely on verbal confirmation from Customer care that it will be refunded.

There is no option or forum available to address this. I want everyone to be aware about this issue if they plan to buy new iphone.

I will be raising consumer complaint and FIR against apple for creating inconvenience to customer.
