why can i get update for my IPad mini Version 9.3.5? apple should give update for them. i should not have to biy a new ipad because i can get my apps update to get them to work.

Its CPU isn't powerful enough; as of now, the current iOS version requires at least an iPad 5, fourth generation iPad mini, second generation iPad Air, or any iPad Pro.
