iPhone 4S
my iPhone screen totally blank. I can't start up at all. Did a hard reset but not successful. I try to plug in to my laptop and open using iTunes but ask me to "allow access from iPhone" which I unable to do so coz my screen is blank. Appreciate your help. Thanks .
