Follow the steps in the support document you posted from.
If the subscription has the word “Expires” or “Expired” and a date under the name and no “Cancel Subscription” button at the bottom, then its been successfully canceled.
Otherwise tap on the “Cancel subscription” button to cancel it.
FYI, we are all other users here and do not have access to accounts, so you will need to do this yourself - sorry. Just follow the instructions in the link provided.
