I have an Activation Lock on my IPAD and I cannot remember my Apple ID or Password, so what do I do just for the IPAD without impacting my IPHONE?
You are going to need the Apple ID and Password to remove the Activation Lock.

If noting works and you have the proof of purchase then you can attempt to contact ➔ Apple Support and see whether they can help you.
