apps do not upload

3rd parties apps are not transferred using Quick Start nor restored from a backup.

They are re-downloaded from App Store.

Keep your device connected to a reliable and fast wifi network with Internet access and wait for their complete re-download/re-install process. Depending on the apps number, it might take some hours to finish the procedure.

Stay connected to the internet and continue using the iPhone. Depending on the internet speed all apps will get downloaded from the App Store automatically. Apps don't transfer from iPhone to iPhone, only the app data along with app links to the App Store gets transferred.
