the software update does not appear on my iPhone 6 Plus and I have difficulty to upgrade from 12.4 to 15 . It says no updates available. Can you advise, please?
The iPhone 6 Plus does not have sufficient RAM to be updated to iOS 13 or later and you cannot add RAM. You can update to 12.5.5 but otherwise you will need a newer iPhone.
