Why can I not track family members while they are on the road?

I can no longer track family while they are on the road on my computer........Why is that?

Hi Txcodeman.

You should be able to track family members via the FindMy app. Your family/ friends should give permission on their devices and have an internet connection at all times for you to be able to track them.

If they travel through an area with no signal coverage, you would not be able to track them in that area.
