Mail Rule to forward an email to another user's account not working

I've set up a rule to forward an email to my wife's account when a certain sender comes in, but it does not forward the email. Nothing happens. I can manually forward it, but it should be able to automatically forward it. Is this a known bug?


I submitted a question back in July but only got an answer telling me how to set up a rule.

I saw in another post something about changing the rule to 'redirect' worked for that issue. So I tried that and IT WORKED.
