iPhone 13 reboot issue

Hello, my Father recently purchased an iPhone 13 and was having some trouble connecting to Bluetooth devices, he did a factory reset which somewhat resolved the issue however now every time he is receiving a call or tries to make a call the phone resets. It just shuts off and the Apple logo pops up. We’ve reset the phone multiple times on our own but nothing has worked. Any advice to resolve this issue would be helpful. Thank you
