Iphone 4 apple id problem

Someone gave me an iphone 4, I reseted it and tryed to create an apple id, couldn’t because of server issue so i made it from another device and tryed to login with my new Id.

But the same thing happened, I tryed launching it without apple id and connect it afterward but it reacted the same. It kept sending a verification code, I put the code infront of my password and guess what, server error.

I tryed to search for a solution but didn’t find anyone in my situation, i’m in morocco btw but i don’t think it’s the cause of the issue because i know a lot of friends who use iphones.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It looks like you're having issues signing with your Apple ID on your iPhone 4, and we'd be happy to look into this with you.


Are you using an Apple ID with two-factor authentication? If so, you will not be able to use it with this iPhone model, as it will not meet the minimum requirements. Please check this out:
