Apple Watch Series 7 has stopped sending stand notifications

I’ve had my watch just under a week; up until today I’ve been getting stand reminders, but today I’ve had nothing.

Stand credits are applied where expected, but when I’ve not stood there is no notification 10mins before the hour has ended to remind me.

Ive checked at settings suggested on other posts here, focus, watch and phone updates, and have even unpaired/paired…. Still no luck.

Im also baffled why it’s stopped as I haven’t changed anything.

Any ideas?

I’m really disappointed having only had the watch a few days, as this is the main feature I have found useful in my first few days.
