MagSafe Power adapter for Macbook
I bought an apple MagSafe power adapter in August 2020 however the cable is worn and damaged. I have my receipt - am I able to go to an Apple store and get an free exchange?

Perhaps those were covered by only a 'one-year replacement' warranty
unless the part replaced an original, under an AppleCare plan.
Other resellers, such as OWC, have 1 year on new MagSafe1/MagSafe2.
You may need to contact Apple to ask. This discussions area mostly
has 'Voluntary helpers' who try and answer; sometimes that works.
