Apple does not like users entering personal information here on the forums. The system serial number is considered personal information. To identify the exact model of your Mac you can enter your serial here:

https://checkcoverage.apple.com/

If your Mac is able to boot into macOS, then it is much easier to just click the Apple menu and selecting "About This Mac".
