Use iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017) as external monitor with MacBook Pro(13-inch, M1, 2020)

I would like to use my iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017) as an external monitor for my MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020). I tried to connect them with Thunderbolt 3 cable directly, but it didn't work.

Please advise me on how to make it work!

Thanks in advance,

Szilvia
