Car play problem in Honda City 2021

I have a new Honda City 2021, I am using iphone X with IOS 14.4 installed, When I receive a call or initiate a call the other party with me says every time that he hears his voice back during the call as echo. I tried many things but this always become normal when I press the "Speaker" button on the iphone screen so that the call is transferred to the iphone speakers then press it again so it is returned to car audio and then the call is normal and the other party says that he is hearing only me and no echo.

I am using the same phone with another 2 cars and using the same cable and it works normally, I also contacted the car authorized maintenance and they mentioned there is no update for the software of the car and they cannot do any thing.

Is this related to any settings that I can change in the car play options? please let me know as this happen in EVERY call not randomly

I did exhaustive testing and found the follwoing:

  • When I call someone , the call initiated by pressing the contact name either from phone application or from carplay phone application, the call works normally without echo
  • When someone calls me and I answer the call also becomes normally without problems
  • When I press the button the runs SIRI and I ask SIRI to call someone, at this point only the other party hears his voice as echo and this happens every time I do that and the echo goes only when I press "Speaker" button on the iphone screen so that the call is transferred to the iphone speakers then press it again so it is returned to car audio and then the call is normal and the other party says that he is hearing only me and no echo
