I am getting billed 0.99 on my charge card and I am not sure what it is for or how to cancel it.
Listed on bill as APPLE.COM/BILL 866-712-7753 CA.
When I call the number not very helpful when I follow the steps.

another possibility is that it is for an iCloud storage plan that was upgraded from 5GB to 50Gb -- see: Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support
