That’s not Screenshot. That’s the floating thumbnail after you have captured the screenshot. The option menu is in the Screenshot toolbar.

I just took a screenshot. But in the options menu, there is no way to disable the floating thumbnail.
You can only disable the floating thumbnail (In the Options menu on Screen Capture).
