Can't find "is not" in "any" category creating a Smart Album in Photos app on MacBook

The aim is to create an album in Photos app, containing photos that do not belong to any Album. There are multiple places, explaining how to achieve that creating a Smart Album with rules: Photos -> is not -> any. Unfortunately I can't see a category named "any" in the list.

Has anyone found a workaround for this?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.0
