My iPhone Bluetooth cannot find my air printer

Unless the printer has the capability to set up an ad hoc network and act as the router, and there aren’t a lot that do, that won’t work. It might if they have a bad router and they put the phone close to the router. Since the OP said they were looking for the printer with Bluetooth which isn’t involved in Airplay they had other problems.

Try the Following:
Enable WiFi and pair it by hovering your iPhone directly over the printer.
AirPrint doesn’t work via Bluetooth it uses your WiFi.
Where is that method from? I’ve never heard of it.

If you can't connect from afar, then hover over it to connect it.
