How can I move fonts from an old iMac (Yosemite) to MacBook Pro (Monterey)

How can I move fonts from an old iMac 2011 (Yosemite) to MacBook Pro M1 Max (Monterey)?

It's not a drag & drop proposition. Font book must be open on both machines for it to work and I haven't figured it out, yet.

The actual fonts are in folders called Fonts, not in the Font Book app. I would transfer those files from one system to the other by whatever means is convenient and then you can put them in the Fonts folders or double click them to reinstall.
