My phone's battery performance is reduced and it gets hot every time I charge it

my phone is 12 promax. After update to ios 15.2, my phone's battery degrades rapidly. From peak performance of 100%,after every time the phone is charged, the performance will be reduced by 1%. And until now the battery is still reduced to 92% efficiency. 3 weeks with almost 10% decrease in battery performance. This is crazy. Besides, every time when charging, the device is very hot. This made me very angry.
