How to take a full screen shot?
I do not find a full page option in screenshot preview

iPhone's screenshots are always full screen.
Save the preview and open the image from your Photos app.

I would like screenshot the entire page content (including what you see when you scroll down)
To my knowledge, no way to do that with an iPhone, unless you take a screen video recording, or take multiple screenshots.
