During a phone call

I cant hear the other person

and can’t put the call on loud speaker

Hi,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your iPhone.

Does the product have accidental or liquid damage? If no, I would recommend updating to i iOS 15.2.1.

This should resolve your issue.
